  • Device ID, operating system version, app version, and other diagnostic data used for performance monitoring and security auditing.

d. Media & Files

  • Images, voice messages, and documents voluntarily uploaded within missions or issue reports.

e. Usage Data

  • App interaction logs, feature usage patterns, chat messages (stored securely), and task updates for internal analytics and improvement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data to:

  • Provide and manage access to ADSM features.
  • Facilitate communication between client teams and ADRAR operations.
  • Track and manage missions, tasks, and field activities.
  • Enable issue reporting, including SOS alerts and non-critical reports.
  • Send real-time notifications and updates.
  • Ensure platform security, integrity, and compliance.
  • Improve functionality, performance, and user experience.

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. Information may be shared in the following limited circumstances:

  • With your organization (e.g., administrators, coordinators) to fulfill mission management purposes.
  • With ADRAR Security personnel for operational coordination and support.
